Default Intranet via the BB

Please Login to Remove!

Hello All,

So starting to get some questions from users on accessing our Intranet on the BBs. Some internal testing here shows that I can access certain sites internally without issues. However when trying to access our main portal site (Sharepoint 2007 site) we receive the following credential challenge:

Authentication required for portal
Username (my username is in this field)
Domain: (Our domain is in here)

This happens each time, even if I tell it to remember password. I am also learie on checking the box to remember credentials/password as I know once I change my password I'll have issues on my BB. Is this a Single Sign-On issue?

Thanks for any advice in advance!

I have not found a way to automatically send credentials via Blackberry. The website you hit doesn't know who you are, it's just a connection.

There is a file you can edit so the domain is set. Also on the BES make sure you configure MDS to support HTTP authentication and HTTP Cookie support. I've also adjust the time to match the password lock.
