| Check your service books on the device. If it isn't there, reregister with the wireless network. I think it is under options and network (click wheel) on the 957, but it has been a while. That should bring it back down. If it is there, make sure it isn't hidden (alt wheel from main screen - show all) or that your BES policy isn't restricting it.
