Hi guys,

I'm a relatively new BES Admin who did a 2 week, 10 license trial until the higher ups gave the go-ahead for a 45 license Enterprise Server; so i'm relatively new to everything.

I had a few problems at first, but i've been sorting everything out and learning as I go. Today, I got a call that a user in our district has his own personal BB and has been using it for a few months. He's currently tied to a att.blackberry.net email address and has a bunch of personalized settings. He wants to tie to our BES and doesn't want to lose any of his settings. My question is; if I have him go through wireless activation and activate to our BES, will it mess up any of his Synced service books? I'm trying to find some info, but i'm getting bits and pieces. If anyone could help me out, it would be great. Thanks a lot!

He won't lose any of his BIS info. Everything will still stay on his phone but he won't be able to sync to his computer without making some changes each time.
