Question Will BES be affected if Domino uses ports other than 1352?

Please Login to Remove!

Hello all,

Boss assigned me to research for a customer who has "nothing better to do" and want to "act out of the norm" i.e.

Is there any impact on BES if Domino is using another port other than the default 1352 via the change in the Notes.ini "TCPIPportname_TCPIPAddress"?

Can someone share your experience? Thanks in advance!

The BES task uses Lotus Notes API. As long that the Domino server can connect to the mail server you should be fine.
