Hi ,

Ihave an application written in java that uses persistance api and wanted to push this application to some blackberries. My blackberry admin tells us that the push is not happening and the cause may be because the application. Could this be true ? i was able to install the same application using the ALX and COD files in the desktop manager.

Also the according to the admins there is not error in the logs as well , the only anamoly is that the following lines (masked the mail & pin) were repeated

Can somebody help me ?

Also would be great if someone can tell how to troubleshoot applications failing to push.

This log isn't an anomaly, but rather an ack of an IT Policy ...

Is the application set to be deployed wirelessly? This is most likely a problem in the config of the deployment.

If the app does not appear in the logs at all, then it may not be set to wireless like hdawg said.

I'm also going to assume you have configured an application control policy for Optional or Required, assigned that to the application and assigned the configuration to the user.
