Hi All

I am running BES 4.1 and Lotus Notes Domino. One user is no longer syncing with his calendar/tasks/notes. If he creates an entry on either his blackberry or in his lotus notes they don't sync. This used to work. I have turned off and on the syncing for these at the server end and on the blackberry with no luck.

Emails do come through fine though?! Not sure where to go from here. I tried the "assign handheld to user" option on the BES but I'm not sure if it worked as there was no progress screen.

In the BlackBerry Manager user infromation screen does it say Wireless Calendar is enabled for the user?

Yes all synchronization is enabled and set to true on the manage user information screen.
