One of my user send a NEW email to a recipident that receive a non readable email such as this

------=neXtPaRt_1195833606
Content-Type: multipart/mixed; boundary="----=neXtPaRt_1195833606"

------=neXtPaRt_1195833606
Content-Type: multipart/alternative;
boundary="----_=_NextPart_001_01C82DE9.E4A63358"

This is a multi-part message in MIME format.

------_=_NextPart_001_01C82DE9.E4A63358
Content-Type: text/plain;
charset="utf-8"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64

NDQ5IENoIEJlbm9pdA0KU3QtU2F1dmV1cg0KUWMNCkowUiAxUj cNCg0KT2xpdmllciBTdC1EZW5p
bla bla bla bla (on a lot of line)
and end like this

------_=_NextPart_001_01C82DE9.E4A63358--

------=neXtPaRt_1195833606
Content-Type: text/plain;

I'm looking for the source of the problem and a resolution...

the facts
-I cannot replicate it myself, and my user doesn't want to do test with it considering the recipient is a future client
-I did a test from my outlook machine and works perfect (exept his system didn't answer back a confirm receipt of the reception of the email(I'm not talking about a read receipt)
-he answer me back without problem
-got a BES 4.1.4.19
-seem he is the only one with that problem
-my user got a 8830

Just a bad transfer and connection to the Network. Not a big deal.

So is this problem only appearing for this one recipient? If your user sends email from Outlook or the handheld to others within and outside your business, is there a problem there as well?

Try having them send to a Gmail or Hotmail account and see if it's readable there. If it is, find out if the recipient is using some ancient mail client like Eudora 1.0. If they are, you are going to have to find some way to send to them in plaintext.
