Info: Exchange2000, BES 3.6, ~125 users

The problem we are having is one single user. When you email him directly, it forwards to his blackberry (7100G). However, he is on a distribution list in Active Directory, and when an email is sent to the distribution list, that email does not go to his blackberry. I am on a distribution list and just tested it and I got the email on my Blackberry (also a 7100G). And what is really odd is that other members of his distribution list also have Blackberries and they recieve emails to distribution lists.

Any ideas? TIA.

Check the device's filters and make sure it sends 'all' mail to the handheld, not just the TO and CC's.

I don't think there were any filters setup. I can't check right now, but I remember thinking that the redirector wasn't set to forward CC's, but it was. And that has let me to where we are right now.

I should also mention that he has never been able to recieve DL emails to his BB, it's not like they just suddenly stopped.
