Default Need HELP changing the service account on the BES

Please Login to Remove!

I am new to BES administration, and have been tasked in changing the service account on it. Is there a walkthrough anyone can point me to, to complete this with crashing anything? I guess I need step by step help.

Thanks all...

FYI the BES in question is a 4.0 if that matters at all

Welcome to the forums.

The article DarkWater posted will definately get you what you need..... but I have a question, if you don't mind.

You say you're new to BES Administration, and changing the service account can be a little overwhelming for a new admin.

Mind if I ask why you need to change it?
