Default Problems with Exchange Server - 11-29-2007, 05:10 AM

I'm sure that someone will tell me if this is the wrong place to post this...

We got our first blackberry this week. I am the system administrator in our company. I downloaded the single user direct push software for our exchange server. Since I installed it on our Windows 2003 Server, none of our users can get internet access now. Their home page is now a Blackberry Mobile Data Service Connection Service page. Any attempt to contact another page brings up an Apache Error: Http Status 404 - iasapi/redir.dll

So what is happening here? How do I give everyone their internet access back again?

I've decided to remove the blackberry software and start again. When I did so, everybody got their internet access back again. So I'll do some reading before I try again.

Moved to BES Admin Corner. You'll have better luck here with your questions on this issue.

What is this "single user direct push software" you downloaded? What installation documentation did you follow?
