Angry http error 403 on bes 3.6

Please Login to Remove!

hi
when a user browses any website using the blackberry browser on 7100g handheld, http error 403 comes up says u r not authorize to view this page

i have got 10 accounts integrated in that 9 user's are able to browse internet without error..

i hv re-enabled MDS for that particular user but nothing happens

dun no what to do

any help would be appreciated..

"If you've done anything wacky with your browser you can always delete the TZone service book and also be sure to clear the Browser Options entry from Backup / Restore advanced and re-register.

That should give you back your T-Zone and clear any settings you have made in the browser."
