Default deleting emails

Please Login to Remove!
Emails I delete on my laptop do not get deleted on my blackberry. It was working fine and all of sudden it stopped working ... any ideas?

ON the BlackBerry make sure Messages>Options>(Email Reconciliation)>Delete On is set for Mailbox and Handheld and not handheld.
