I am new to BES and maybe you can help me or explain something
I have search through "BlackBerry Technical Solution Center" and this forum
and can't find answer .

my configuration is
BES 1.4.3 HF4
Groupwise client 6.5.7
Groupwise server 7.0.2
connection OAPI

when i make lookup in groupwise system address book I receive:

email address, work phone, fax and if this user have assigned BB device PIN number

but
is it possible to get other information e.g.: cell phone number
i store cell phone numbers in eDirectory and map this property to groupwise field (Admin defined )

I don't know how to do it or maybe it is some kind of issue.

Go to the BlackBerry Domain in the BB mgr GUI, Global Tab, choose Service Control and Customization, PIM Sync Global Field Mapping.

I have this setup but still can't see these fields. Is this another GroupWise limitation?

I did the same, anda have the same problem.

Does anyone could found the answer?
