Example:

BES 4.0 + Domino 6.5.5 (DNN A)
Mail1 Domino Server 7.0.1 (DNN A) - I get activate the users
Mail2 Domino Server 7.0.1 (DNN B) - I dont get to activate the users

Thanks,
Gustavo Freire

Hi there

Apologies, but am having trouble totally understanding your post.

I have Domino servers in NA, Europe and Canada, all in different notes Named Networks (assume that is what you refer to with DNN?)

As long as the BES server has the appropriate connection docs and network routes to get to all mailservers, this should be fine.

Have you verified that you can trace a permanent (not dial-up etc) route from BES to Mail2?
Also, what errors are you receiving when trying to activate?

NNN or DNN (Notes Named Networks = Domino Named Networks)

The BES have trace a permanent to Mail2.

The Blackberry (8700g and 8100 Pearl) show activating... No terminate or Errors.

And does BES have appropriate permissions to the mailfiles etc on Mail2?

Since they are in different NNN, do you have connection docs from BES to the mail servers?

Not only connection docs but the server docs should have the bes server inside the security field / tab.

On a separate issue, your mail servers are running 7.01 and your bes server is on 4.1 and 655? Curious, any plans of upgrading and matching your environment?

My suggestion is 7.02 FP1, BES 4.1.4 MR2
