I just recently completed a Depolyment of new Blackberry 8830 devices, and some of the users devices are reporting back incomplete information or nothing at all.. Some of the phone numers are listed at 0000000124. Do you think this could be a bad Enterprise Activation? Incomplete information regarding user devices is not very helpful when on the phone touble shooting issues with Wireless providers..

1. What environment are you running? Domino / GW / Exchange?

2. Did you do a backup old device and restore to new and then provision?

3. How many user's are affected?

Try clearing out the service books and re-provision (using Desktop Manager) OR delete the Desktop [SYNC] Service book and Undelete. Also, before doing so, clear the messages queue.

I would prefer you clear the service books and start fresh.

Approximately 10 Users affected by this issue. Most of the EA's were done on the fly without Backup and restore done...

I will attempt your idea and see how this works.
