When ever a user enterprise activates all of their emails that were in folders are moved to their inbox. Not duplicated, but moved. It has happened to me on 2 different bes servers with probably 3 different people. Happened on 4.0 bes and 4.1.3 bes. Both DOMINO.
All the correct steps are taken before activation. Wipe device. Create new bes profile. bla bla bla.
Anyone heard of anything like this? Needless to say, my users get very pissed when this happens. Most users have around 1000 emails filed in around 100+ folders. Thank god for backups, but it's still a pain.
