We have just implemented our blackberries and BES 4.1.4.x
We have a few users that are still getting used to the password locks.. and some have forgotten their passwords. To help them out without making them wipe the phones, I simply wanted to send a password change/lock on their devices. However, it seems that its not working.
In looking at their user stats, its showing a "password status: error" and "IT Policy Status Message:". The IT policy status message is actually three symbols.
I had two users experience this, one has "remembered" their password and is using it again. But I'm afraid that there is some hangup and that command will execute later on and confuse them. The other one is two tries from having their phone wiped.
Anyone seen this before? I can seem to find anything on this "password status" issue.
