Default Tracking SMS/PIN/BBIM/BWC activity

HI there.

I know that I'm able to track SMS and PIN activity in the logs on the BES. Further, BlackBerry Messenger activity can also be track, by editing the IT policy and having activity sent to an smtp email address on schedule. So far so good, all is tracked.

Does anyone know if BlackBerry Web Client content can be tracked? Obviously the enterprise mail which is being redirected to the devices could be seen by IT, but what about BWC email? Is there functionality similar to the BBIM tracking which can be enforced?

Yu cannot log the BIS inbound/outbound mail. The only thing you can do is force all sent mail thru the BES account. This is done using IT policy.
