Default What does each part in the BES version mean?

Hello, I am running BES version 4.1.4.15.

What does each part of the version number mean? I keep reading that folks are using 4.1.X MR3.... where do I find out what MR I am using.

1. Goto Add/Remove Program.
2. Click BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
3. Click Support Information.

If you have a MR it would show something like 4.1.4 MR1.

Ok here is what I have in add/remove programs.

Version 4.1.4 (bundle 25) so does this mean I don't have a maintenance release.

Then that brings up another question, what is a maintenance release?
