This is a general question, hopefully someone can help!

I know that the default setting in BES (running 4.1.4.15 with Exchange '03 SP2) for folder redirection is to forward only Inbox and sent items to the hand held, however, we have a lot of users who have server side rules for outlook. When their messages hit exchange they automatically get sent out to whatever folder is specified in the rule and will not make it to their hand held (by default)

I want to make the change so that BES will automatically route ALL messages according to their rules, even if the users set them up after their initial BES activation (so I do not have to enable the redirection for every new rule that every user creates). Is this possible? Thanks!

Not possible to do this automatically.
