I'm trying to activate a user's BB device (user had problems while working so BB account has been removed - with option to remove BB info from mailbox - and added again). The device keeps retrying the activation and finally times out stating the server is not responding.
The E-mail messages sent by RIM stay in the users "Posteingang" folder (inbox in German). User also has an Inbox folder but this is NOT the folder messages are received in.
Other users from same OU can be activated correctly. Permissions are set on OU so these are (or should be) OK.
In BES administrator, when selecting "Service Access" - "Choose Folders for Redirection" the following error pops up: "Failed to retrieve redirection settings for the selected user ..." while other accounts just show the correct dialog box.
BB Enterprise Server Version 18.104.22.168
Any help is appreciated.
