Hi.

I'm trying to install BES 4.1.4 onto our new apps server.
Our network consists of
windows server 2003 64bit, running exchange 2007 SP1.
Windows server 2003 acting as AD, file, and Apps server, also has the exchange management console installed.

I get the following errors
- unable to find collaboration data objects library CDO.dll
- Exchange Server is not detected. A new version of MAPI32.dll may need to be installed.

I also get the permissions error in the bottom section.


Now I cannot find CDO.dll anywhere. mapi32.dll is the exact same version thats on the exchange 2007 server. Infact when I try to install the BES onto the exchange server I get the same error.
The account i'm using is a member of the echange admin group.

Someone please help me. I cannot get passed these errors.
I have installed a BES in a similar environment (except was exchange 2003) with no errors over 20 times, but can't get this one with exchange 2007 to work.

yes. But had some issues with some steps.
Will try from scratch again and let you know what the issues were.
