Hi Guys, I'm a new member to this great forum, i have been loitering for a few months now but it wasn't till last week I actually signed off on a 25 user BES roll out with 8310g handsets. So hence my registration.
This is a massive step for the company i work for, they have no mobility devices whats so ever, and are rolling out 20 of the BB to our sales reps, and the rest for Directors and myself.
This company has been operating for roughly 48 years, and has not really embraced technology, they see it more as an expense rather than a benefit. Its my Families Business, and it was like pushing the you know what up hill with a toothpick to get this passed. To cut a long story short, not only am i rolling out domain/ad for 250 seats, im rolling out exchange for 100 users plus bluecoat & BES. The concern I have, is that there are no real acceptable use policies for email/internet/mobile phones/ipods - etc. Im having to create from scratch the above policies.
I am going to be creating an all in one encompassing "technology" AUP. including all things mobility, email, internet, related and i was wondering if anyone here would lend a hand to a damsel in distress. lol and if anyone would care to send me copies of their already existing Acceptable use policies or procedures on these matters? So i can have as many examples as possible to be able to create one for here.
I would be so forever grateful if anyone can offer some help.
