| RIM troubleshooting doc for not receiving emails? Please Login to Remove! Anyone know if RIM has a general documentation on the troubleshooting steps of what to do if a BES user isn't receiving emails?
(i.e. Step 1 - pull battery, step 2 - check data connection, etc.)
I know they have an Enterprise activation troubleshooting documentation, but couldn't find if they have one for the user(s) not receiving emails. Thanks! |
