Puh hard to explain.
A user (enterprise user) also receives mails on the handheld from his private webbased emailproviders like gmx, hotmail and so on .
When he now answers such a mail the mail allways uses his BES mailadress for the sender not his original private mailadress.
So when he gets for example a gmx or google mail and answers , the receipient sees his BES mail adress as sender adress.
is this something i can control in the policy ?

he should be able to change the sender.
I filtered out all personal e-mails in my BES profile. Then my service book would pull the e-mail, not the desktop redirecting it. That way when I replied it used my 3rd party account since it was received from it.

You can block his / her ability to respond with their BIS mail address ... but when they reply it should use the same message service it came in on ... unless you're forcing mail to go out via BES with IT Policy

Seems so we force it. Can you say me what policy can control this so i can check it ?

Set this IT policy rule to False to force outbound email messages through your company’s BlackBerry Enterprise Server and to prevent users from sending outbound email messages using other message services.
Warning: This IT policy rule does not prevent users from receiving inbound messages from other message services.
