On the user's device, go into the Address Book and check for the wrong person's name (or the correct person's name). Their email address is probably wrong. For example:
- I receive an email from 'Bob', but it shows that it's coming from 'Fred'. I do Show Address and it shows
, but display name shows Fred.
In the Address Book, Fred's entry has Bob's email address.
