Default Moved to BES but not syncing - am I still on BIS?

Please Login to Remove!

I moved from a BIS package to a BES package with O2 in the UK.

Having moved over my BB won't syncronise my calendar, email or contacts.

My email and BES server provider has tried out by Blackberry on the Vodafone and Orange networks and it works fine.

O2 repeatedly tell me I have been fully transferred over to BES....but it all points to me still being on BIS...

On my configure reconciliation screen I get "your BES does not support wireless message reconciliation?" But my email provider swears its all fine his end.

Can anyone point me into what O2 might not have changed on my system to get me to full BES??

When you moved over to BES, was your device re-provisioned?
