Default bes express adding user please help

Please Login to Remove!

I fell into the roll as bes admin, when my boss got his blackberry i set up the bes express server and got him up and running no problems, this was a couple months ago. He is currently up and running. we recently had another employee who got a blackberry and i just purchased my cal from rim. my question is this how do i add this new user to the bes server and activate his Blackberry. thanks in advance

You will want to add the new CAL first:

1. Open BlackBerry Manager.
2. Click BlackBerry Domain on the Explorer view.
3. Select the Global tab.
4. Under the Account task, select License Management.
5. Type the license and click Add License.

Then add the user:

1. Open the BlackBerry Manager
2. Click the Users tab
3. Select Add User from the Tasks options on the right-hand side
4. Find the users name and add them
