Default Proxy Authentication

Please Login to Remove!

Im trying to get it so that our blackberrys do not prompt for proxy authentication.

I have setup the proxy in the MDS-CS and the main MDS server setting.

But it still prompts for setting and now it is putting in the domain as mycompany.com (which isnt my company and I cant find this "mycompany" text string anywhere)

My proxy rules are http://.* and https://.*

Am I missing something? or overlooking somthing.

Edit the C:\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Enterprise Server\MDS\Servers\Instance\config\MdsLogin.conf file and replace company.com with your AD domain name, then restart MDS.

Had a look at the posts and changed the file as per the instructions and still no joy - BUT

If I cancel the proxy authentication and then reload the page it works!

Has anyone ever seen this bug or have I still got some mis-configured?
