Does anyone have the same problem as some of our users whereby they can't delete any txt messages that they recieve.

Is this a policy setting or something that they are doing wrong? I can't see any reason why this should be the case!

Do you mean unable to delete sms messages? Your device might have an issue, try doing a hard reset (remove the battery and put it back in after 1 minute)

yes sms msgs. it now appears to be working on one device that was having the problem, but this has been wiped. will try on the other device if I manage to get hold of it for a few mins (its the MD's)
