| Call Log Issue Please Login to Remove! I have a BES 8830 user who is indicating that their Call Logs are not being retained as long as they had been previously.
My 8830 logs are fine, and I am the BES Admin, so I know this must be something the user has changed on their end.
Since I don't see any retention settings, has anyone else come across this in the past?
