Call RIM and ask. It's that simple. Temp SRP's are for testing only, not to be used on a production server, it's not supported.

IS it free, or do you have to pay for it?

Temp SRP's are free because they are designed only for testing purposes. If you need one just contact RIM and say you need one for testing a new SP or MR or some kind of different setup.

If you plan to use it in production becareful as they are not supported on a production BES.
