Hi ! We have BES 4.1.3.18 and i installed BRK 4.1.3 (4.1.3.5 shown in Version Infos in Windows explorer of eastatuse.exe) . When launching eastatus it sometimes (rare) works fine, but most it says "version was not obtained, this version of the BRK was written for the BES 4.1 platform " Any idea what to do ?
