Default BES Memory Issues

Please Login to Remove!

I have a SBS 2003 R2 all service packs up to date with a BES 4.1.4.16 all up to date as well (dual core 3Ghz 500GB hd 4 GB ram so system should be ok)
11 blackbery users and I need to restart the server daily
4 blackberry processes have escalating ram use
I can watch them climb till a restart is needed.
blackberrysyncservice.exe gets to over 1GB
itadminserv.exe gets to 750 MB
blackberryalert gets high and blackberryconnect also runs away
any ideas?
Thanks in advance

Is this BES for Exchange? Domino? GroupWise? Where is the BES in relation to the mailserver? Ping time?

Do they have large mailboxes or address books? Is the IT Policy set to push automatically to the users on a timed interval?

Have you set up BES Alert? Are there any warnings/errors in Event Viewer?

The BES resides on the SBS with exchange same physical machine
ping times <5 ms
3 users have 750 MB mail box
most have around 300 contacts
bbalerts is also using an escalating amount of memory
hope this helps
