Hi All,

When i 'Empty Junk-Email' Folder' from Outlook 2003 i.e. hard delete all junk e-mail messages, it seems that these messages doesn't disappear from BB. Other hard delete messages throught shift+delete or moving to Pst's deletes the corresponding messages on BlackBerrys Handhelds. The 'Hard Deletes Reconciliation' is set to True on BES and i also change the ' Message State Database Size' to 1000 because currently, we're receiving a lot of SPAM.

How many messages are you deleting at a time? This can be a factor. I think over 100 messages hard deleted has ben known to be flaky. Also, the Junk Mail folder shouldn't be on the BB in the first place, it's not an option and I don't see why you would want that on the BB.

How is this setup with Junk Mail on the BB? Or are messages moved from the Inbox first to a Junk Mail folder?

Messages are deleted from Junk E-mail folder about 40 at time.
I didn't mention earlier, but OutLook clients are configured in cache mode, so when messages arriving on Exchange Store are immediately forwarded to BB. After that, Outlook with junk email filter processes locally the messages and forward SPAM to junk email folder, then corresponding messages are also changed on BB to Junk folder.
