No.. extended ASCII name characters, so I'd assume things like

Çxxx7844;xxx7868;xxx285;xxx339;xxx345;

The Extended ASCII Chart

So the "fix" suggested might be to change

Hakan Çinar/EU/Org to Hakan Cinar/EU/Org thus removing the extended ASCII Ç and replacing with a standard C

If that the case, mine should not affected. We are not using the extended ASCII characters??

What do your think the possible caused? Pls help?
