So it was a dream come true! I was finally able to use this command. Sent the command for the lost BB and waited...Well crap. Turns out the BB was found almost immediately.

So my question is this, what do I do? I tried to re EA the device, it's currently showing Activating for last 20 mins, nothing showing on BES but initializing.

What is my next thing to do? This is not a company BB, it's a users.

The only thing you might be able to do is after you do the EA, replace the data from a backup, if they had one. Otherwise, whatever was saved in the BES db will get pushed to the BB.

So it just took 45 minutes to EA. -whew-

I had a user take 5 hours the other day.
