Default Embedded message text insertion is disabled

Please Login to Remove!

We're running BES for GroupWise 4.1.3 SP3 HotFix 4 (latest release). When forwarding a mail as attachment the BB device displays the following message:

-----Embedded Message-----

Embedded message text insertion is
disabled

-----End of Embedded Message-----

I created the necessary registry key as described in RIM's KBA-Doc KB12624 (DWORD value DisableEmbeddedMessages) as well as the misspelled version described in SP3 release-notes (DWORD value DisableEmbeddedMessage; see "Embedded message text insertion is disabled" ?)

None of the two variants is working; the devices still receive the "Embedded message text insertion is disabled" message.

Has anybody out there another good suggestion that works?

Best regards

Default solution: modified registry entries in 64bit Windows

We had the "problem" that we use a 64bit Windows on our BES which means modified registry keys:
the DWORD-value 'Disableembeddedmessages' is not contained in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Enterprise Server\Agents as mentioned in the RIM-documentation but in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Enterprise Server\Agents

There is no corresponding reference neither in the RIM documents nor within the RIM knowledgebase
