Question Out Of Office Sync Between Device with Exchange 2003

Please Login to Remove!

Hi All,

New to the forums, so point me in the right direction if this has already been answered in another thread.

I have a number of users (all connected to a single BES) that do not see a change on their Handheld's when the O.O.O message is set from their Exchange/Outloook emails accounts. It operates as normal but the function doesn't appear to be asynchronous.

If the O.O.O message is switch on/off from the device then the sync with their exchange accounts work perfectly (as seems obvious). But if it is switched on from the device and then off in Outlook, it doesn't switch the option on the handheld to "off". This also occurs the other way around.

Am I just missing something here or is this a known issue? Any help/pointers appreciated!
