So I have a question for everyone in regards to a complaint from a fellow co-worker
I am not the BES admin but am a part of the IT department and do have a direct contact to the BES admin. We are currently on BES 4.1.4 and Exchange 2003 Enterprise SP2. Using BlackBerry 8830's via Sprint.
My question is as follows; My co-worked has several folders listed as sub-folders under her inbox. She then has mailbox rules that will move specific emails into these sub-folders thus never "in theory" hitting or staying in the inbox for very long. With these rules in place she can browse to the sub-folders via her blackberry but every folder has no contents. Yet via outlook the folders are populated with emails.
Something I have tried and determined is that if she creates a new sub-folder and simply moves an email from her inbox into the sub-folder manually, then you are able to view the sub-folder and contents via the blackberry.
Is this something that can be resolved via a setting change or tweak or is my co-worker doomed?
