Installing Blackberry Professional Software on Windows 2000 workstation and getting this error.

Exchange server is SBS 2000.

Exchange Management Tools are installed on the workstation and I applied the same Exchange SP3 to this workstation as currently on the Exchange server.

Exchange Management tools are installed on the third disk (E drive)

Any help would be appreciated!

You didn't post the error message, or is it the name of the thread?

You also said workstation, is this not a Windows Server OS? I usually take workstation as an XP machine and the BES does not belong on Windows XP. The drive shouldn't matter. Is Outlook installed on the machine? If so, uninstall Outlook and then reinstall the Exchange System Management Tools and apply SP3 to match the Exchange server.

If this is still an issue try installing the ESM to the C drive just rule that out as an issue.

What are the specs of this machine as well?

Make sure that the versions of CDO.DLL and MAPI are the same on the Exchange server and on the BES otherwise you will have lots of fun and games

Although as gibson has said, don't put the BES on a workstation, you're asking for trouble! Or is this just the desktop software you want to put on using the CD that came with the phone?
