hello everyone, i currently have 2 BES Servers, one main one and a second little older one with only one user on it. this morning i added more licenses to the main one as i am going to be adding 2 new users, after adding the user i generated and emailed the password and then attempted to activate. the unit sat there for quite a while with no activity other than it said activating, it was not though as it was not displaying the usual activity on the screen as during normal activation. after sitting there for about 10mns i canceled it and then noticed that none of the other blackberries on the server were receiving or able to send mail. status of the server says it is running and i tried restarting the service as well as the server but still notihing, please forgive my ignorance as this is my first time administering a BES and would really appreciate some help here as i need to get all the BB's back up and running ASAP!!

Mike, are you reading the other thread? Could your issue be related to outage issue current just now?
