I have a quick question in regards to knowing how many pending messages you have on your BES (v4.1.4.16). Now in BES Manager I see pending data packets, but I am assuming that is not emails as I have read reference to others reviewing pending messages.

Also any good admin monitoring tips is greatly appreciated. I have only learned enough to keep it going, but I think it's time for me to get more involved with the system.

It used to be called Pending Messages. In 4.1.4 they renamed it to Pending Data Packets..
