BES Network/Maintenance Notifications?
Please Login to Remove!
Hey guys who are on a T-Support contract,
Do you get any network or maintenance notifications from RIM usually? Did you have to subscribe for it?
I know for sure that Tx4 and 5 probably gets notified but how about Tx1, 2 and 3 users?
Thanks!

We have Tx2 support - no notifications. That's what this forum and
-= Dataoutages.com =-
is for

[sarcasm]
That would be too difficult and exspensive to have ALL the Tx support customers in an outage email list.

Like Lola said, you have to pay extra to be notified of issues.

...and it does require an NDA to receive them.
