I've got a single user who will not activate and it is driving me crazy!!! I can assign the device from the BES Manager on my computer and once the device "Initiates" the activation it does not do anything besides list everything as provisioning.
What I've done thus far:
- Remove User from Bes
- Wipe device
- Add user back to BES
- Assign Device to user on BES
- Now I have changed devices by MOVING the line to ta new 8830 to see if this makes a difference.
I will keep you posted as a continue this problem.
