BES not sending phones email from 1 sender? Hi all, New to BES and this site (sweet place for BES knowledge!) I'm using BES 4.1.3.18 With Groupwise 7.02 (client on Windows 2003 sever is 6.5.7) I have one sender in my company, that when they send emails, they do not get passed to the phones. Everyone else seems to go through fine. I checked to see if there was some type of global filter on the BES server, or on my phone, but there are none. Any other ideas on this one? Thanks. |
Are you saying the sent message is not synching to the BlackBerry? |
Sorry, I'm saying that recieved mail from 1 specific user is not forwarding to the phones, but it does show up in their inbox. |
Do you have any rules moving the message to a folder? |
No, the emails from that sender go right in the inbox like any other email. |

just to be sure, check for the stats on one bb user. check filtered messages and let that person from which mail isn't forwared to the phones send a message to the user that you checked the stats for. See if the filtered messages rise. |
