BES not sending phones email from 1 sender?
New to BES and this site (sweet place for BES knowledge!)
I'm using BES 220.127.116.11
With Groupwise 7.02 (client on Windows 2003 sever is 6.5.7)
I have one sender in my company, that when they send emails, they do not get passed to the phones. Everyone else seems to go through fine. I checked to see if there was some type of global filter on the BES server, or on my phone, but there are none. Any other ideas on this one? Thanks.
Are you saying the sent message is not synching to the BlackBerry?
Sorry, I'm saying that recieved mail from 1 specific user is not forwarding to the phones, but it does show up in their inbox.
Do you have any rules moving the message to a folder?
No, the emails from that sender go right in the inbox like any other email.
just to be sure, check for the stats on one bb user.
check filtered messages and let that person from which mail isn't forwared to the phones send a message to the user that you checked the stats for.
See if the filtered messages rise.
