Default Cluster Mailserver down, failover works, but ...

Please Login to Remove!

but ...all BB users on the clusterserver that is down have pending messages, blackberry doesnt work for them.
worked last time , but not this time.
any idea why the bes doesnt switch to the clusterpartner ?
the server that is down is in a state between up and down and cant be completely shut down atm.
any idea what the criterias are for the bes to failover to the other clusterserver ?

Failover works, logs says "returned delivered" , but pending counter keeps on growing.

For a start, RIM does not support BES installed on a clustered Domino server.

Clustered mail servers are supported.
