Default Send Email Problem

I know that this is posted o lot of times but if someone can give me a clear answer I will appreciate it. I have install BES on a server that is a DC + Exchange (I have escalated this to RIM and they replay that it can be done.) and I get the same issue (2 Different Cases some result). The users can receive mails, use their calendar and contacts (bidirectional) but the can not send mails. I have checked the log and indicate permissions issue (0x80070005).
I have gone through the permissions a hundred times and still no luck! I change the BES user using the procedure given by RIM and still having the same result. Can someone give an idea how to proceed? Getting BES on a separate server is not an option.
