| Just to be sure we are on the same page:
1. All of my users wireless sync the Exchange Global Address Book and Contacts stored on the Exchange server. A tab somewhere in the BES allows an LDAP connection for this to work. I can look and report back if you need.
2. Some users go a step further and manually sync a Public Folder address book. This involves using Desktop Manager as well and when setting up syncing I had to remove Wireless Contacts syncing. In Desktop Manager I added the Contacts stored in the Mailbox folder as default and Public Contacts as secondary. This is done so new contacts added to the phone go to the Mailbox\Contacts folder and the Public Folder Contacts aren't duplicated. |
