Hi,

I moved my old BES 3.6.2 (physical Server) to a new BES 3.6.5 (MS virtual Machine). First I got some problems that RIM locked my SRP Auth, but this works now, thank to jibi for the help.

But now I have another strange problem. When I look into my BES Manager I can see all my users, with the right PIN associated, but the state "Initializing". When I doubleclick onto one of the users, I get the state "Running". Also when I connect my Blackberry to my computer, the Desktop Manager says "online" (so the connection was established), but in BES Manager I only get the states specified above. But normaly the state has to chage to "In Cradle" when the Blackberry is connected to an Desktop.

I changed the userdata in the LOG above, so don't think of strange behavior causing from the username or email. ;)

I also used "handheldcleanup -u". But this also had no effect.

Anybody here who can help me?

Out of nowhere... it starts working again. But I don't have changed anything.

This just cropped up as a new issue for a single user. I had moved him to another Exchange mail store, and then back to the original store. I have run the handheldcleanup application numerous times under different profiles and different BESNames to no success. He has all the right permissions still on his AD account.
